Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy In Running Script by Zhu Zumou was sold in the Dawn of Spring: Chinese Paintings Online auction at Christies in Hong Kong in February 2021. It changed hands for a price of HKD 11,875.00 (€ 1,265.76) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhu Zumou achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poems in April 2014 with an auction result of HKD 225,000.00 (€ 20,926.46).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy In Running Script von Zhu Zumou wurde im Februar 2021 in der Auktion Dawn of Spring: Chinese Paintings Online bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 11.875,00 (€ 1.265,76) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhu Zumou erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Poems im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 225.000,00 (€ 20.926,46).
