Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Calligraphy Couplet In Xingshu by Zhu Zumou was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2017. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 52,500.00 (€ 6,196.88). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zhu Zumou - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Poems, which sold at auction in April 2014 for HKD 225,000.00 (€ 20,926.46).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Xingshu von Zhu Zumou kam im April 2017 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 52.500,00 (€ 6.196,88) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Zhu Zumou mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Poems beobachtet, die im April 2014 für HKD 225.000,00 (€ 20.926,46) versteigert wurde.
