This artwork by Zhu Yizun achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2011. In the Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy auction, the work Calligraphy in Official Script sold for HKD 162,500.00 (€ 14,536.38) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zhu Yizun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscapes in Ancient Style in November 2010 with an auction result of HKD 620,000.00 (€ 61,258.05).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Zhu Yizun erzielte im Mai 2011 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy wurde die Arbeit Calligraphy in Official Script für HKD 162.500,00 (€ 14.536,38) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 70.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhu Yizun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscapes in Ancient Style im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 620.000,00 (€ 61.258,05).
