Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October last year Christies in London held the auction No Regrets: The Collectors' Edition, which included the work Sweet Life, No. 36 by Zhu Wei. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 11,970.00 (€ 13,944.92), 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhu Wei achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ink And Wash Research Lectures Series in October 2013 with an auction result of HKD 7,475,000.00 (€ 709,338.68).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober letzten Jahres führte Christies in London die Auktion No Regrets: The Collectors' Edition durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sweet Life, No. 36 von Zhu Wei zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 11.970,00 (€ 13.944,92) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhu Wei erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ink And Wash Research Lectures Series im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 7.475.000,00 (€ 709.338,68).
