The work 10,000 Customers (Two Works) by Zheng Guogu was sold in the Contemporary Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2015. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,778.53), 67% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zheng Guogu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Waterfall in May 2012 with an auction result of HKD 560,000.00 (€ 58,337.11).

Die Arbeit 10,000 Customers (Two Works) von Zheng Guogu wurde im April 2015 in der Auktion Contemporary Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.778,53) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zheng Guogu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Waterfall im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 560.000,00 (€ 58.337,11).
