Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy in Clerical Script by Zheng Fu was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2018. The price achieved of HKD 500,000.00 (€ 54,627.25) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 300,000.00 – 600,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zheng Fu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Poems in Seal Script in December this year with an auction result of HKD 1,890,000.00 (€ 218,694.63).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy in Clerical Script von Zheng Fu kam im Mai 2018 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 500.000,00 (€ 54.627,25) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 300.000,00 – 600.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zheng Fu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Poems in Seal Script im Dezember diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.890.000,00 (€ 218.694,63).
