Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lady by Zhao Yunyu was sold in the Fine Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2016. The price achieved of HKD 70,800.00 (€ 8,331.69) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 100,000.00. Other works by Zhao Yunyu have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2015 the work Tibet Ladies was auctioned for HKD 96,760.00 (€ 11,304.15).

Die Arbeit Lady von Zhao Yunyu wurde im Oktober 2016 in der Auktion Fine Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 70.800,00 (€ 8.331,69) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 100.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Zhao Yunyu konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2015 die Arbeit Tibet Ladies für HKD 96.760,00 (€ 11.304,15) versteigert.
