The work Travelling In The Snow by Zhao Wangyun was worth HKD 920,000.00 (€ 89,642.45) to a buyer in April 2012. This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Paintings at Sothebys in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 220,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhao Wangyun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Riding Game in November 2013 with an auction result of HKD 10,600,000.00 (€ 1,004,997.80).

Die Arbeit Travelling In The Snow von Zhao Wangyun war einem Käufer im April 2012 HKD 920.000,00 (€ 89.642,45) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 220.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhao Wangyun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Riding Game im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 10.600.000,00 (€ 1.004.997,80).
