Auction result well in line with expectations
The work New Year Blessings by Zhao Hao was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2019. The price achieved of HKD 43,750.00 (€ 5,000.56) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zhao Hao have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Flowers And Birds After Ancient Artists in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 400,000.00 (€ 47,214.32).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit New Year Blessings von Zhao Hao wurde im Oktober 2019 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 43.750,00 (€ 5.000,56) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhao Hao auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Flowers And Birds After Ancient Artists im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 400.000,00 (€ 47.214,32).
