Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Zhang Zhiwan was auctioned at Christies in December 2021. The price achieved of HKD 18,750.00 (€ 2,123.83) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zhang Zhiwan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape in September 2012 with an auction result of USD 25,000.00 (€ 19,446.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Zhang Zhiwan kam im Dezember 2021 bei Christies zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 18.750,00 (€ 2.123,83) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 15.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhang Zhiwan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape im September 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 25.000,00 (€ 19.446,17).
