Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Yong Tao's Poem by Zhang Zhao was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in April 2016. The price achieved of HKD 141,600.00 (€ 15,953.36) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 150,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhang Zhao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy after Mi Fu in November 2011 with an auction result of HKD 17,460,000.00 (€ 1,670,335.24).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Yong Tao's Poem von Zhang Zhao kam im April 2016 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 141.600,00 (€ 15.953,36) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhang Zhao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy after Mi Fu im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 17.460.000,00 (€ 1.670.335,24).
