Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Calligraphy by Zhang Ruitu was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in November 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 696,000.00 (€ 77,388.15), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 16%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhang Ruitu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Eighteen Luohan in September 2016 with an auction result of USD 2,230,000.00 (€ 1,984,338.85).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy von Zhang Ruitu kam im November 2021 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 696.000,00 (€ 77.388,15) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 16%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhang Ruitu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Eighteen Luohan im September 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 2.230.000,00 (€ 1.984.338,85).
