Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Paradise No. 10 by Zhang Linhai was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. The price achieved of HKD 125,000.00 (€ 14,083.12) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhang Linhai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Red Flag in May 2007 with an auction result of HKD 2,640,000.00 (€ 251,381.85).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Paradise No. 10 von Zhang Linhai kam im April 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 125.000,00 (€ 14.083,12) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhang Linhai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Red Flag im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.640.000,00 (€ 251.381,85).
