Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy In Running Script by Zhang Jinfang was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2015. The price achieved of HKD 37,500.00 (€ 4,580.10) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zhang Jinfang - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Vajra Prajnaparamita Sutra, which sold at auction in April last year for HKD 100,800.00 (€ 12,187.45).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy In Running Script von Zhang Jinfang kam im November 2015 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 37.500,00 (€ 4.580,10) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Zhang Jinfang mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Vajra Prajnaparamita Sutra beobachtet, die im April letzten Jahres für HKD 100.800,00 (€ 12.187,45) versteigert wurde.
