Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Calligraphy by Zhang Jian was auctioned at POLY in April 2019. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 150,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 165,200.00 (€ 18,804.57). Admittedly, works by Zhang Jian have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Reflection of Moon in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 1,437,500.00 (€ 147,994.81).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy von Zhang Jian kam im April 2019 bei POLY zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 150.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 165.200,00 (€ 18.804,57) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhang Jian auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Reflection of Moon im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.437.500,00 (€ 147.994,81).
