Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work To Add One Meter to an Anonymous Mountain by Zhang Huan was auctioned at Phillips in New York in September last year. It achieved a price of USD 9,450.00 (€ 9,659.61), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhang Huan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Family Tree in February 2014 with an auction result of GBP 290,500.00 (€ 352,446.40).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit To Add One Meter to an Anonymous Mountain von Zhang Huan kam im September letzten Jahres bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 9.450,00 (€ 9.659,61) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhang Huan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Family Tree im Februar 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 290.500,00 (€ 352.446,40).
