Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2018 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Modern Paintings, which included the work Pears and Flowers by Zhang Dazhuang. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 56,250.00 (€ 6,145.57). Admittedly, works by Zhang Dazhuang have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Blossoms In Four Seasons in April 2018 with an auction result of HKD 350,000.00 (€ 36,930.59).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2018 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pears and Flowers von Zhang Dazhuang zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 56.250,00 (€ 6.145,57) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhang Dazhuang auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Blossoms In Four Seasons im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 350.000,00 (€ 36.930,59).
