The work Delights by the Pond by Zhang Dazhuang was worth HKD 275,000.00 (€ 26,008.06) to a buyer in May 2014. This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Modern Paintings at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 30,000.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Zhang Dazhuang; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Blossoms In Four Seasons sold at auction in April 2018 with the realized price of HKD 350,000.00 (€ 36,930.59).

Die Arbeit Delights by the Pond von Zhang Dazhuang war einem Käufer im Mai 2014 HKD 275.000,00 (€ 26.008,06) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 30.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Zhang Dazhuang; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Blossoms In Four Seasons im April 2018 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 350.000,00 (€ 36.930,59).
