The work Garden Rock No.78 by Zhan Wang was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in July 2020. It achieved a price of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 35,608.12), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 63%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhan Wang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Artificial Rock No. 131 in November 2010 with an auction result of HKD 6,380,000.00 (€ 630,365.14).

Die Arbeit Garden Rock No.78 von Zhan Wang kam im Juli 2020 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 35.608,12) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhan Wang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Artificial Rock No. 131 im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 6.380.000,00 (€ 630.365,14).
