Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Artificial rock by Zhan Wang was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in October 2021. It achieved a price of EUR 10,710.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 19 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhan Wang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Artificial Rock No. 131 in November 2010 with an auction result of HKD 6,380,000.00 (€ 630,365.14).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Artificial rock von Zhan Wang kam im Oktober 2021 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 10.710,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 19 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhan Wang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Artificial Rock No. 131 im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 6.380.000,00 (€ 630.365,14).
