Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Liquidated Louis Vuitton - 2007 by Zevs was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in April last year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 6,560.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zevs have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Illuminated Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres, Grand Odalisque - 2012 in October 2018 with an auction result of EUR 65,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Liquidated Louis Vuitton - 2007 von Zevs kam im April letzten Jahres bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 6.560,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zevs auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Illuminated Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres, Grand Odalisque - 2012 im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 65.000,00.
