Upper estimate price exceeded by 40 %.
The work Liquidated Atlas World Wide by Zevs was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in January 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 12,600.00 (€ 1,339.43), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 40%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zevs achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Illuminated Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres, Grand Odalisque - 2012 in October 2018 with an auction result of EUR 65,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 40 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Liquidated Atlas World Wide von Zevs kam im Januar 2021 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 12.600,00 (€ 1.339,43) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 40%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zevs erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Illuminated Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres, Grand Odalisque - 2012 im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 65.000,00.
