Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape Album by Zeng Mi was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Chinese Ink and Works on Paper auction at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2015. The price achieved of HKD 118,000.00 (€ 13,785.55) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zeng Mi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Landscape, which sold at auction in September 2014 for USD 60,000.00 (€ 47,513.46).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape Album von Zeng Mi wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Chinese Ink and Works on Paper bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 118.000,00 (€ 13.785,55) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Zeng Mi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Landscape beobachtet, die im September 2014 für USD 60.000,00 (€ 47.513,46) versteigert wurde.
