Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2020 Sothebys in Paris held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art Online, which included the work Oliviers À Méjean, Les Baux-De-Provence by Yves Brayer. The price achieved of EUR 17,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by Yves Brayer have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2007 the work Le Rocher Blanc Au Cypres, Les Baux, 1960 was auctioned for EUR 17,968.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2020 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Oliviers À Méjean, Les Baux-De-Provence von Yves Brayer zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 17.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Yves Brayer konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2007 die Arbeit Le Rocher Blanc Au Cypres, Les Baux, 1960 für EUR 17.968,00 versteigert.
