The auction ended at the price of GBP 500.00 (€ 565.75), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yuri Lyamin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Behind the scenes, which sold at auction in January 2011 for GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,402.84).

Die Arbeit The Young Ballerina von Yuri Lyamin kam im März 2011 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 500,00 (€ 565,75) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 300,00 – 500,00.
