A top price for Yuri Lyamin - as previously expected
The work Behind the scenes by Yuri Lyamin was auctioned at Christies in London in January 2011. The price achieved of GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,402.84) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Behind the scenes is the most expensive artwork by Yuri Lyamin that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Behind the scenes von Yuri Lyamin kam im Januar 2011 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.250,00 (€ 1.402,84) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Behind the scenes das teuerste Kunstwerk von Yuri Lyamin, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
