The work Landscapes by Yun Shouping was sold in the Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2008. The auction ended at the price of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 8,232.65), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of HKD 80,000.00 – 100,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yun Shouping achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Fragrance of a Nation in Clearing Spring in November 2021 with an auction result of HKD 59,650,000.00 (€ 6,632,475.41).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Landscapes von Yun Shouping wurde im Mai 2008 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 8.232,65) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 80.000,00 – 100.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yun Shouping erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Fragrance of a Nation in Clearing Spring im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 59.650.000,00 (€ 6.632.475,41).
