Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pu Songling'S Studio by Yuan Yunfu was sold in the Modern Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2015. The price achieved of HKD 937,500.00 (€ 109,525.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 800,000.00 – 1,200,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yuan Yunfu - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Jiangnan Waterscape (Diptych), which sold at auction in April 2015 for HKD 3,440,000.00 (€ 397,563.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pu Songling'S Studio von Yuan Yunfu wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion Modern Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 937.500,00 (€ 109.525,00) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 800.000,00 – 1.200.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Yuan Yunfu mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Jiangnan Waterscape (Diptych) beobachtet, die im April 2015 für HKD 3.440.000,00 (€ 397.563,16) versteigert wurde.
