Description
From the Shum Family Collection 岑氏（1888-1970）舊藏中國書畫 LOTS 101-106 岑氏乃現藏家祖父。廣東順德人。早年於香港基督青年會修讀化學，精通粵、中、英三語。一九〇六年南下馬來西亞，進入橡膠園行業，數年內經營橡膠園達兩百公頃。一九二一年創立大馬首個集成橡膠廠，至今仍由其家族經營。 岑氏性耽藝術，喜收藏，大馬收藏家吳朝樞乃岑太内侄兼生意助手。在吳朝樞介紹下，岑氏廣交文人雅士，並獲寫贈，部分佳藏於邦瀚斯二〇一九、二〇二〇、二〇二二年拍賣陸續釋出。
