In April 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Sensitive To Detergent by Yngve Holen for GBP 2,142.00 (€ 2,463.92). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Curated at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 4,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Yngve Holen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work In your case, it's not going to be shaving. It's going to be breaking the bone. and squeezing in December 2020 with an auction result of GBP 17,640.00 (€ 19,705.45).
