The work The Orang Besar Series Yb 1-10 by Yee I-Lann was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2017. It achieved a price of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,254.64), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yee I-Lann - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Kinabalu Series: Huminodun, which sold at auction in May 2008 for HKD 295,500.00 (€ 24,327.47).

Die Arbeit The Orang Besar Series Yb 1-10 von Yee I-Lann kam im Oktober 2017 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 8.254,64) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Für andere Arbeiten von Yee I-Lann mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Kinabalu Series: Huminodun beobachtet, die im Mai 2008 für HKD 295.500,00 (€ 24.327,47) versteigert wurde.
