Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March last year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Dawn of Spring: Chinese Paintings Online, which included the work Bamboo and Rock by Ye Gongchuo. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 60,480.00 (€ 6,962.31). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ye Gongchuo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy Couplet In Xingshu in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 2,000,000.00 (€ 236,071.59).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März letzten Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Dawn of Spring: Chinese Paintings Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bamboo and Rock von Ye Gongchuo zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 60.480,00 (€ 6.962,31) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ye Gongchuo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Xingshu im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.000.000,00 (€ 236.071,59).
