Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2005 a collector was able to acquire the work Raindeer Landscape 2000 by Yann Arthus-Bertrand for GBP 60.00 (€ 88.15). This price was achieved in the auction British and Continental Pictures at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 100.00 – 200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yann Arthus-Bertrand achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Vieille Ville De Jerusalem in November 2011 with an auction result of EUR 2,040.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2005 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Raindeer Landscape 2000 von Yann Arthus-Bertrand für GBP 60,00 (€ 88,15) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion British and Continental Pictures bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 100,00 – 200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yann Arthus-Bertrand erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Vieille Ville De Jerusalem im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.040,00.
