A top price for Yang Yisun
In December this year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Verses in Seal Script Calligraphy by Yang Yisun. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 907,200.00 (€ 104,973.42), 51% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Verses in Seal Script Calligraphy the most expensive artwork by Yang Yisun that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Yang Yisun
Im Dezember diesen Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Verses in Seal Script Calligraphy von Yang Yisun zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 907.200,00 (€ 104.973,42) und damit 51% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht Verses in Seal Script Calligraphy zu dem teuersten Kunstwerk von Yang Yisun, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
