This artwork by Yang Yisun achieved an unexpectedly high price at POLY in Hong Kong in April 2016. In the Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction, the work Verse Of 'Tao - Te - Ching' In Seal Script Calligraphy sold for HKD 100,300.00 (€ 11,300.30) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yang Yisun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Verses in Seal Script Calligraphy in December this year with an auction result of HKD 907,200.00 (€ 104,973.42).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Yang Yisun erzielte im April 2016 bei POLY in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy wurde die Arbeit Verse Of 'Tao - Te - Ching' In Seal Script Calligraphy für HKD 100.300,00 (€ 11.300,30) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yang Yisun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Verses in Seal Script Calligraphy im Dezember diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 907.200,00 (€ 104.973,42).
