Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Meeting The Remarkable Man(Painted In 1986) by Chihung Yang was sold in the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2018. The price achieved of HKD 59,000.00 (€ 6,643.49) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Chihung Yang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tinder in April 2019 with an auction result of HKD 1,187,500.00 (€ 135,172.08).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Meeting The Remarkable Man(Painted In 1986) von Chihung Yang wurde im Oktober 2018 in der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 59.000,00 (€ 6.643,49) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Chihung Yang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tinder im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.187.500,00 (€ 135.172,08).
