Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fortunately, I Am Not Alone In The Mountains by Xue Song was auctioned at Bonhams in London in August this year. The price achieved of HKD 57,600.00 (€ 6,775.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Xue Song achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rivers and Mountains After Snow—A Tribute to Wang Wei in September this year with an auction result of CNY 1,260,000.00 (€ 163,095.24).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Fortunately, I Am Not Alone In The Mountains von Xue Song kam im August diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 57.600,00 (€ 6.775,53) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Xue Song erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rivers and Mountains After Snow—A Tribute to Wang Wei im September diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 1.260.000,00 (€ 163.095,24).
