The work Dreamy Landscape by Xue Liang was sold in the Chinese Contemporary Ink Paintings (I) auction at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2013. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 92,000.00 (€ 8,730.32), 53% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Xue Liang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Moonset And The Raven’S Cry in September 2013 with an auction result of CNY 1,652,000.00 (€ 199,436.13).

Die Arbeit Dreamy Landscape von Xue Liang wurde im Oktober 2013 in der Auktion Chinese Contemporary Ink Paintings (I) bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 92.000,00 (€ 8.730,32) und damit 53% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Xue Liang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Moonset And The Raven’S Cry im September 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 1.652.000,00 (€ 199.436,13).
