Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Aroma 3-11 by Xu Hualing was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2013. It achieved a price of HKD 187,500.00 (€ 17,777.08), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Xu Hualing achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Outside The Window 1 in October this year with an auction result of HKD 2,400,000.00 (€ 290,234.67).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Aroma 3-11 von Xu Hualing kam im November 2013 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 187.500,00 (€ 17.777,08) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Xu Hualing erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Outside The Window 1 im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.400.000,00 (€ 290.234,67).
