Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Hermitage In Mountains by Xiao Xun was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2019. It changed hands for a price of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,572.39) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Xiao Xun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape Album in October 2016 with an auction result of HKD 649,000.00 (€ 76,373.84).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Hermitage In Mountains von Xiao Xun kam im Oktober 2019 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 8.572,39) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Xiao Xun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape Album im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 649.000,00 (€ 76.373,84).
