Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fishing by Xiao Xun was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in March 2019. It changed hands for a price of HKD 37,760.00 (€ 4,284.49) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 20,000.00 – 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Xiao Xun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape Album in October 2016 with an auction result of HKD 649,000.00 (€ 76,373.84).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Fishing von Xiao Xun kam im März 2019 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 37.760,00 (€ 4.284,49) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 20.000,00 – 40.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Xiao Xun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape Album im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 649.000,00 (€ 76.373,84).
