Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2018 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Landscape by Wu Zhen. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 82,600.00 (€ 9,300.88). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wu Zhen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Studio Among Streams And Mountains in March 2017 with an auction result of USD 792,500.00 (€ 740,792.67).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2018 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Wu Zhen zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 82.600,00 (€ 9.300,88) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wu Zhen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Studio Among Streams And Mountains im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 792.500,00 (€ 740.792,67).
