Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work House In The Mountains by Wu Zhen was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2013. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 68,750.00 (€ 6,518.26). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wu Zhen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Studio Among Streams And Mountains in March 2017 with an auction result of USD 792,500.00 (€ 740,792.67).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit House In The Mountains von Wu Zhen wurde im November 2013 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 68.750,00 (€ 6.518,26) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wu Zhen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Studio Among Streams And Mountains im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 792.500,00 (€ 740.792,67).
