The work Running Script Calligraphic Couplet by Wu Yun was sold in the Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2015. It achieved a price of HKD 81,250.00 (€ 9,923.55), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Wu Yun - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Letter To Lu Xinyuan, which sold at auction in April 2013 for HKD 275,000.00 (€ 26,919.43).

Die Arbeit Running Script Calligraphic Couplet von Wu Yun wurde im November 2015 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 81.250,00 (€ 9.923,55) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Für andere Arbeiten von Wu Yun mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Letter To Lu Xinyuan beobachtet, die im April 2013 für HKD 275.000,00 (€ 26.919,43) versteigert wurde.
