Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Eight-Character Couplet In Running Script by Wu Yun was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in May 2016. The price achieved of HKD 41,300.00 (€ 4,773.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Wu Yun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Letter To Lu Xinyuan in April 2013 with an auction result of HKD 275,000.00 (€ 26,919.43).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Eight-Character Couplet In Running Script von Wu Yun kam im Mai 2016 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 41.300,00 (€ 4.773,52) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wu Yun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Letter To Lu Xinyuan im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 275.000,00 (€ 26.919,43).
