Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Wu Jingting was sold in the Fine Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2016. The price achieved of HKD 35,400 (€ 4,166) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been given by the auction house as HKD 30,000 - 50,000. Admittedly, works by Wu Jingting have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work in April 2009 with an auction result of HKD 225,000 (€ 21,916).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Wu Jingting wurde im Oktober 2016 in der Auktion Fine Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 35.400 (€ 4.166) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000 – 50.000 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wu Jingting auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit im April 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 225.000 (€ 21.916).
