The work Five Character Couplet In Seal Script by Wu Jingheng was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 21,240.00 (€ 2,274.07), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 42%. Admittedly, works by Wu Jingheng have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calligraphy in December 2020 with an auction result of HKD 175,000.00 (€ 18,458.71).

Die Arbeit Five Character Couplet In Seal Script von Wu Jingheng kam im April 2021 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 21.240,00 (€ 2.274,07) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 42%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wu Jingheng auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Calligraphy im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 175.000,00 (€ 18.458,71).
