Chinese Paintings From the Yanqinzhai Collection 「硯琴齋」珍藏中國書畫 Lot 601-731 「杯裏紫茶香代酒，琴中綠水靜留賓」 ——硯琴齋主之書畫收藏 硯琴齋主，祖籍廣東汕頭，生於香港。早年從事貿易，經商之餘耽於傳統藝術。上世紀七十年代，師從本港名家范又新習書，八十年代初先後隨容思澤、吳景略、蔡德允諸師習操縵，並蒐訪歷代琴器，復考其沿革，珍藏唐宋元明以來古斲甚夥。數十年來，以琴會友，多次於港、臺和澳門各大學及博物館舉辦古琴展覽及講座，竭心盡力於古琴藝術之普及推廣。 絲桐之外，硯琴齋主亦雅好丹青�

This artwork by Wu Jingheng achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Hong Kong in October 2021. In the Chinese Paintings From the Yanqinzhai CollectionThe Online Sale auction, the work Calligraphy Couplet in Seal Script sold for HKD 21,675.00 (€ 2,411.04) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Wu Jingheng have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calligraphy in December 2020 with an auction result of HKD 175,000.00 (€ 18,458.71).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Wu Jingheng erzielte im Oktober 2021 bei Bonhams in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Chinese Paintings From the Yanqinzhai CollectionThe Online Sale wurde die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet in Seal Script für HKD 21.675,00 (€ 2.411,04) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wu Jingheng auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Calligraphy im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 175.000,00 (€ 18.458,71).
