A top price for Wonsook Kim - as previously expected
In March 2008 Christies in New York held the auction Japanese And Korean Art, which included the work By the shore, 1992 by Wonsook Kim. The auction ended at the price of USD 15,000.00 (€ 9,490.67), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 12,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, By the shore, 1992 is the most expensive artwork by Wonsook Kim that we have observed at auctions so far.
