Auction result well in line with expectations

The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 1,500.00 – 2,500.00, the actual price achieved of USD 1,530.00 (€ 1,443.12) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Wolfgang Suschitzky have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2021 the work Cambridge Circus, London was auctioned for GBP 2,040.00 (€ 2,352.76).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Prinsengracht, Amsterdam von Wolfgang Suschitzky kam im Februar diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 1.500,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 1.530,00 (€ 1.443,12) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Wolfgang Suschitzky konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Februar 2021 die Arbeit Cambridge Circus, London für GBP 2.040,00 (€ 2.352,76) versteigert.
